Pipeline Security

Pipeline Construction Security

PPI has provided Pipeline Security around the country for our oilfield clients. Responsibilities include monitoring of the pipeline to ensure there is no vandalism to the pipe and also the monitoring of the machines and equipment. PPI provides Level IV Personnel to conduct Pipeline Security.

At PPI, we understand that anywhere there is a pipeline project — or, for that matter, anywhere there is a major construction project — there are going to be threats in the form of theft, vandalism, civil and environmental protest groups and the possibility of domestic or international terrorism.

To combat these threats, PPI employs only Level IV and off-duty, local law enforcement officers who are familiar with the geographic area to be secured, are aware of criminal activity in the locality, are trained to handle problems and are
authorized to make arrests.

We assign our officers to the areas designated by the contractors as areas of highest risk. Our mission is to maintain contractor assets, protect against property damage or loss, and mitigate potential threats before they happen.
