Pipeline Construction Security

At PPI, we understand that anywhere there is a pipeline project — or, for that matter, anywhere there is a major construction project — there are going to be threats in the form of theft, vandalism, civil and environmental protest groups and the possibility of domestic or international terrorism.

To combat these threats, PPI employs only Level IV and off-duty, local law enforcement officers who are familiar with the geographic area to be secured, are aware of criminal activity in the locality, are trained to handle problems and are
authorized to make arrests.

We assign our officers to the areas designated by the contractors as areas of highest risk. Our mission is to maintain contractor assets, protect against property damage or loss, and mitigate potential threats before they happen.

Plant Operation

PPI offers energy sector clients custom security solutions to ensure the safety and viability of their assets. PPI endeavors to develop precise solutions that are both practical and affordable for any budget or size of engagement. Clients work directly with an individually assigned Operations Supervisor who will guide them throughout the duration of the contract.

PPI Security officers are trained to handle problems, mitigate situations and commissioned to make arrests.

PPI provides only Level IV or active, off-duty law enforcement officers to address threats and all have extensive training and experience in “de-escalation” tactics to mitigate risks.
