Description
This course covers the state mandated information to apply for a LTC (License to Carry). The License to carry is 4 hours of classroom material that includes subjects to include the safe storage, safe handling, deescalation of force, use of force, and Chapter 9 of the Penal Code use of deadly force. This class includes a written test and a firearms qualification to pass.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. Current Drivers License
2. 50 rounds of ammunition in the caliber gun you are qualifying with, for the live-fire qualification.
3. Bring hydration, snacks, eye protection, hearing protection, an OTW (Outside the Waistband Holster- Not Mandatory).
4. Note pad and pen
5. A handgun and magazine
